Key Staff
Haroon Mahmood, Chairman MiNC Group
The Chairman of MiNC group of companies and the CEO for Dubai operations. Haroon worked as a senior Consultant for Anderson Consulting (Accenture) and for ten years in Mars Group. He is an aeronautical engineer from Imperial College London and is currently spearheading MiNC's growth agenda.
Kamran Mahmood, CEO MiNC Group
Chief Executive Officer for UK operations, Kamran is a certified Accountant by training and worked for eight years in various financial institutions in the City of London. Kamran assumed responsibility for his family's property business in UK in 1993 and founded MiNC property Enterprises in 1999. He is currently based in London office and is primarily responsible for property procurement and sales.
Grant Wilkins, CEO MiNC Apartments
Grant has 40 years of experience in the hotel industry. Before joining MiNC, Grant was Managing Director of Copthorne Hotels UK. Additionally, he was a Board Director of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels PLC from 1996 – 1999. Grant has held a number of senior executive appointments in the Rank Organization, Trust House Forte and has been General Manager of some of London’s largest hotels.
Dr John Wilson, Non-Executive Director
John Wilson spent 25 years with the Ladbroke Group plc in a number of senior roles. John was President of Rodeway Inns International, responsible for 160 franchised and managed hotels. Following the acquisition of Hilton International by Ladbroke, John became COO and Senior Executive - VP of Hilton International, responsible for 200 hotels worldwide. In 1998 John became CEO of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc. John is currently an Executive Director of Dedeman Hotels - the largest hotel company in Turkey. He is a member of the National Advisory Board of the University of Nevada. In addition to being a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, John was awarded an honorary Doctorate by the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, for his contribution to the international hospitality business.
