What is the minimum length of stay?
2 nights
Are there single beds?
All our apartments have queen sized beds
Do our apartments have baths?
All apartments have baths with the exception of Mayfair Court Studios
Are they smoking or non smoking apartments?
All the apartments are non-smoking
Is there a receptionist at the building?
No, all MiNC Apartments in London do not have receptionist and all have self check in facilities.
Is there car parking?
Only at our Boardwalk Place apartment. Otherwise we have info on the car parking buildings near each building
How much is the car parking?
An additional £50 plus VAT per week
What time do I have to check in & Check out?
Check in from 3pm and check out by 10am
Are pets allowed?
No
Is there a penalty if we check out late?
If guests check out later than 11am then this can be arranged with the reservations department
How often are the apartments cleaned?
Weekly
What happens if I get locked out of the apartment out of office hours?
There is a 24 hour emergency number. A charge of £50 plus VAT for guests that lock themselves out and an additional £100 plus VAT per key that is lost.
Is there a laundry?
Full washing facilities are available including washing machine/dryer, clothes horse
How much does it cost for an extra bed or a cot?
The cost is £50 plus VAT per bed including linen per night
Is there a lift in all our buildings?
Yes
Is there wireless broadband and is it free?
Yes and yes
DUBAI FAQ's
MiNC Apartments Dubai provides airport transfers.
Al Barsha and Tecom charge AED125 per trip per way and Suha Hotel Apartments charges AED150 per trip per way. Airport transfers are subject to availability and can be booked when making your reservation.
Do you have breakfast or room service facility?
Al Barsha has a coffee shop offering breakfast with room service facilities. Suha Hotel Apartments will be opening a similar coffee shop which will be offering breakfast and room service facilities.

Do you have high speed internet or wireless internet?
All MiNC Apartments in Dubai are equipped with wireless and wired connections in the rooms.
What is the location of your hotels?
All MiNC Apartments in Dubai are located in fabulous locations where guests can combine business and leisure. All of the apartments are very near to the business hubs in the city: Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Dubai Knowledge Village and Jebel Ali Free Zone. All of the properties have easy access to recreational areas such as fine dining restaurants and bars, golf courses, malls and the beach.
What are the other facilities you provide?
Aside from the luxurious amenities provided in the guest’s rooms, MiNC Apartments Dubai has an outdoor swimming pool and gymnasium.
What are the different room types you have?
MiNC Apartments Dubai offers a varied selection of rooms from one bedroom apartments to luxurious penthouses.
Do you provide parking space?
All MiNC Apartments in Dubai have a secured covered car parking.
Do you provide extra bed and what’s the charge?
Extra bed has a charge for AED150 per night for Suha Hotel Apartments and AED 100 per night for Al Barsha and Tecom.
What is hotel check-in and check-out time?
Hotel check-in time is 2PM and check out time is 12 noon.
