Terms and Conditions for MiNC Serviced Apartments UK
General
All keys must be returned into the designated check-out box. Any keys not returned will incur a replacement charge of £100.00 per set. Any additional guests staying that are not expected at the time of the booking will result in a £75.00 per night charge. Guest will be liable for any theft or damage to the property and its contents from the time of entry to the time of departure. Guests are required to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will incur a minimum charge of £60.00 cleaning charge. Noise and disturbances will not be tolerated; MiNC reserve the rateto ask a guest to vacate the apartment immediately and no refund will be issued.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Check-In
Anytime after 15:00pm, any early arrivals must be confirmed with reservations prior to arrival.
Check-Out
11:00 hours, late checked out can be arranged with reservations the day prior to departure, please see below for charges:
Confirmed prior to departure = £15.00 + VAT per hour up until 2pm (may be negotiable depending on availability)
Unconfirmed = £30.00 + VAT per hour up until 2pm, after this time you will be charged for an additional night plus £150.00 + VAT.
Complaints
Any Complaints received will be investigated fully with all parties concerned. You will receive a formal reply within 7 days.
Smoke free policy
All our properties are non smoking. Should anyone smoke in the apartments you will be fined £100.00 plus any additional cleaning costs.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be advised in writing, 7 days prior to arrival otherwise 7 nights will be charged (or the value of the total stay if less than 7 nights). All amended reservations must be sent in writing and confirmed by MiNC Apartments Reservations Department 7 days prior to arrival.
Prices and Payment
All rates are quotes in local currency (GBP) and exclude VAT at 17.5%. Full payment will be taken 7 days prior to arrival (on the day of booking if less than 7 days prior to arrival) if less than 28 nights. For reservations over 28 nights an invoice will be sent on a monthly basis and the initial payment of 28 days has been taken subject to credit approval. A valid credit card must be provided on booking.
Extensions
If you wish to extend a stay, MiNC requires notice in writing. Please give as much notice as possible in order to facilitate your request. All extensions are subject to availability and rate change. A payment for an extension will be taken at the time of notification.
Privacy Policy
All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. MiNC Apartments takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
DISCLAIMER: Guest should be aware at the time of booking that MiNC Apartments does not take responsibility for Guests’ possessions whilst they are staying in our properties. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and safety of your possessions but advise you to arrange your own insurance. This applies to items left in your apartments, in public areas and in MiNC car parks.
These Terms & Conditions and use of website are governed exclusively by English law.

Prices & Payment
The prices of Apartments and Hotel Rooms will be quoted in the local currency of the Apartment/Hotel location. It will not include any taxes, surcharges or amenities. Payments must be made in the same currency as the Apartment/Hotel location's local currency. Rates are based on nightly and/or seven-night stay; however the Apartments/Hotel Rooms can be pro-rated for shorter and longer stays. Prices may be subject to currency fluctuation, however, when accommodation has been paid in full, there will be no increase. A valid credit card must be provided on booking.
Arrival / Departure Times
Apartment Bookings - Check-in time for Apartment bookings is after 3:00pm with check-out time at 10:00am.
Hotel Bookings - Check-in and Check-out times may vary between properties. Should guests require an early or immediate check-in on arrival, it is recommended that reservations are made from the previous night.
Not all properties offer a 24 hour check in facility. See property information for more details. Please note that in case a guest has not vacated the reserved property by check out time, a 'late check out' fee will be charged without prior notice.
Key Collection
Key collection varies from property to property. Please see property information.
Please note that loss of key will result in penalty charge.
Confirmations
MiNC Apartments cannot be found liable if a client does not receive a confirmation due to IT issues, i.e. - client supplying wrong email address or full mailboxes. In case client did not receive a confirmation 24 hours after the booking has been made, it will be the responsibility of the client to contact MiNC Apartments to receive an update on the status of his or hers reservation.
Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your apartment on arrival and do not want to stay we will offer you 100% refund.
Cancellations / Amendments- General
If you want to cancel your booking, you must do so by email to sales@mincapartments.com
Cancellations done by phone will not be accepted.
We cannot guarantee that any requests for amendments or changes in dates will be satisfied without cost.
Refunds may take up to 21 working days, due to financial authorizations.
Cancellations / Amendments- Apartment bookings
In the event of cancellation after your booking has been accepted by us, then we impose the following charges:
Outside 24 hours prior to arrival: Refund of full payment.
Within 24 hours prior to arrival: No refund of full payment.
Cancellation on day of arrival: Will be regarded as a 'no-show', and will be charged in full.
In case of date amendments (changing arrival or departure dates) within 24 hours prior to arrival: Rates will remain unchanged.
*- Please note that the cancellation email must be received more than 24 hours prior to check in time (according to local time at accommodation). We reserve the right to amend prices or to change accommodation without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. MiNC Apartments takes all reasonable care to ensure that the information supplied on the website is accurate, however, we cannot guarantee its accuracy and we reserve the right to change this information at any time. Property information including, but without limitation, property details, photographs, virtual tours and/or floor plans is intended as a guidance only and should not be construed as statements of fact.
MiNC Apartments makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the website or the content contained on it, including any text, graphic, advertisement, link or other item.
Furthermore, MiNC Apartments nor any contributor to its website make any representation or gives any warranty, condition, undertaking or term either expressed or implied as to the condition, quality, performance, accuracy for purpose of the content contained on the website or that such content will be accurate, up to date, uninterrupted or error free.
Save in respect of liability for death or personal injury arising out of negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, we and all contributors to the website hereby disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability for any loss or damage including any consequential or indirect loss or damage incurred by the guest, whether arising in contract or otherwise.
MiNC Apartments will not be held responsible in any way for loss and/or damage to any personal belongings at the apartment nor will it be liable for the acts or defaults caused by third parties. Guests are advised to ensure their own insurance policies to cover loss or damage to personal property during their stay.
MiNC Apartments reserve the right to terminate with immediate effect, any agreements with parties resident in officiated properties in the event of conduct deemed as anti-social, immoral, improper, or illegal. Remittance will not be offered in any such event. Legal action will be taken where necessary. Investigation of such matters will be conducted on an individual basis.
